Sourcing & Build Plan
Power, staging, sound and light, talent, decor, and content are all sourced and scheduled against your date, with a single production lead coordinating every supplier so nothing is left to the last week.
Installation & Show Day
The full technical stack goes up on-site, tested and cued before a single guest arrives, with the production team present throughout the event to handle anything in real time.
Payment: final balance (pre-payment) due once equipment has been fully prepared for installation.

Strike & Final Settlement
